The Commandery

The Commandery is a Grade 1 listed property  and served as King Charles 2nd headquarters during the civil war. Behind the Commandery ls Fort Royal hill, the site of the Battle of Worcester.

During the English Civil War The Commandery was the battle headquarters for the Royalist army of Charles II during the decisive Battle of Worcester.
